**All memberships are non-transferable and have no voting rights. All memberships can
be terminated without cause at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Any member
that violates the agreements for a membership will be terminated by the Board of
Directors.

***The Board of Directors shall have the sole authority to review all applications for membership and make a final determination that applicant can and will meet all expectations of the SATGIN organization and its members. The Board of Directors at its discretion may deny any applicant that is deemed not to be in the organizations best interest. The Board of Directors shall not discriminate agaisnt any applicant with regard to Creed, Religion, Race, Color, Sex, Maital Status, Sexual Orientation, Political Ideology, Ancestry, National Origin, or the presence of any Physical Handicap.
